1. Agreement to Terms

By using our services, requesting a quote, or submitting a deposit, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you (“Client”) and Triple the Magic Travel Co., LLC (“Agency”).

2. Role of the Agency

Triple the Magic Travel Co., LLC acts as an independent travel advisor. We plan, coordinate, and book travel experiences on your behalf using third-party suppliers, including but not limited to theme parks, cruise lines, hotels, airlines, and tour operators.

We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers and are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or changes.

3. Pricing & Availability

All pricing provided:

  • Is subject to change without notice

  • Is not guaranteed until a deposit is received and processed

  • May vary based on availability at the time of booking

We are not responsible for pricing changes, errors, or availability limitations from suppliers.

4. Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking

  • Bookings are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed

  • Final payment deadlines are set by the supplier and must be adhered to

Failure to make payments by the deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations are subject to the terms and penalties set by the travel supplier.

  • Deposits and payments may be non-refundable depending on the supplier

  • Refund timelines (if applicable) are controlled by the supplier—not the Agency

  • The Agency is not responsible for denied refunds or supplier penalties

We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection.

6. Travel Protection

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips.

By declining travel protection, you acknowledge that:

  • You may lose part or all of your investment

  • The Agency is not responsible for losses due to cancellations, delays, illness, weather, or unforeseen events

7. Changes & Modifications

Any changes to your reservation:

  • Are subject to supplier availability and fees

  • May result in price increases

  • May require additional deposits or full payment

The Agency is not responsible for any costs associated with changes made by the Client or the supplier.

8. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for:

  • Reviewing all booking details for accuracy

  • Ensuring names match government-issued identification

  • Obtaining valid passports, visas, and travel documents

  • Meeting all entry requirements (including health, vaccination, or testing requirements)

  • Arriving on time for all travel components

Failure to meet these requirements may result in denied boarding, entry, or travel without refund.

9. Travel Documents & Requirements

Travel requirements may change at any time. It is the Client’s responsibility to stay informed and compliant with:

  • Passport validity rules

  • Visa requirements

  • Health and entry requirements

The Agency is not liable for denied entry or travel interruptions due to improper documentation.

10. Supplier Terms

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual travel supplier (e.g., Disney, cruise lines, resorts, airlines).

By booking, you agree to be bound by those supplier terms in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
