This was my second time using Karlee to plan my family's Disney trip. This time, we did a day at Universal Studios too. Just like last time, working with Karlee for this trip was a no-brainer! She made the planning so easy and was always willing to answer any of my questions so quickly. On our second day there, our return flight was cancelled due to an impending snow storm. Karlee got right to looking for new flight options for my family and helped us make the right decision in getting home on our original intended day. I will continue recommending her services to anyone planning a Disney trip!

She knows which resort will fit your family’s needs best for whatever type of vacation you are looking to have at whatever type of budget you are looking to spend. We recently stayed at the Contemporary Resort during Christmas and it was beyond magical. From going to Mickeys Christmas party’s (Karlee’s suggestion) to doing MK the morning after the Christmas party because it is completely empty. Building in a pool day at the resort, giving us an awesome restaurant that was a skyline trip away from Hollywood Studios when my son desperately wanted to ride it for no reason and we ate lunch on the beach which was such a nice relaxing break from the parks, Karlee made all of our magical dreams come true. It was the best vacation ever and we can’t wait to go back!”

Her team got us all the dining experiences we wanted in EIGHT minutes! I didn’t have to wake up and log in and stress to score the reservations the team took care of that!
I sent my rough draft plan for lighting lanes and Karlee got back quickly with suggestions and ideas i didn’t even consider!!
While in Disney we had a small inconvenience and i text Karlee saying “omg what do i do” she got back to me right away reassuring every little thing was gonna be alright!!
If you’re on the fence about using Karlee’s service, get off the fence and this girl do her thing!!

Our family just got back from the most magical vacation in Disney with the help of our travel agent Karlee Kaczmarczyk! Her travel tips and suggestions were so helpful and everything she recommended was great. We made so many amazing memories. We will definitely recommend Karlee and will be booking with her for future travel!

We had a wonderful time during our Disney trip, working with @karleekacz was wonderful, she booked a smaller trip for us in October 2023 (and her tips for traveling with a toddler were spot on and SO appreciated!). Then, in June 2024 she worked with us for a really large family group (15 people) vacation but managed it with grace. Although we are very familiar with Disney not all of our family group was, so having a contact person besides myself was great. However, we also loved working with Karlee, having a contact to apply discounts, assist with dining, and even just quick questions or tips is amazing. We ran into an issue with our Memory Maker and she was also on vacation in WDW but responded immediately and helped recommend the best place to go (which is to the front desk for anyone with any type of issues when you get on property -which Karlee directed us to). Overall she was great, we look forward to referring her to other friends and family, and working with her again in the future!
